Is there a registration deadline?
We accept applications until the sessions are full. Camps fill quickly, so we suggest registering early.
If the camp is full, do you have a waiting list?
Yes, when the session fills, a waiting list will become available. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waiting list.
Do I have to pay in full, or can I submit a deposit?
There are no deposits. You will pay in full online once you register your son or daughter to attend.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be requested in writing or by email to socercamps@luc.edu. If cancellation occurs eight or more days prior to the start of camp, all fees will be returned except for a $100 administration fee. If cancellation occurs within the week prior to the first day of camp, no fees will be returned.
Will I receive a confirmation letter and a list of what to bring to camp?
If registering online, you will receive a confirmation email of your payment. A detailed list of items to bring to camp will be sent via email approximately 1 week prior to camp beginning.
Is housing available?
We do not provide housing for any of our Summer College ID Camps. There are multiple hotels available in the area, such as Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden.
Should my son or daughter bring a soccer ball?
Yes, bring a pumped up soccer ball.
Do you provide transportation to camp to/from the airport?
We do not provide transportation for any College ID Summer Camp.
Is a physical required?
No physical is required for camp, however, medical information must be submitted online when registering.
What other forms/medical forms do I need?
The medical consent and liability waiver will be emailed to you and must be filled out and brought to check-in to fully complete registration.
YOUTH SUMMER CAMPS
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, registration will close the Friday before each camp begins.
If the camp is full, do you have a waiting list?
Yes, when the session fills, a waiting list will become available. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waiting list.

If registering online, you will receive a confirmation email of payment. A detailed list of items to bring to camp and more information about camp will be sent via email approximately 1 week prior to camp beginning.
Should the camper bring a soccer ball?
A ball will be provided to you at registration.
What other forms/medical forms do I need?
The medical information is required to be filled out online during registration. A paper copy of a medical consent and liability waiver must also be filled out and brought with to check-in.

Where should we park?
For Elite Youth Summer Camp: Parking is available on Hoyne Ave and also in a parking lot on the southeast corner of Devon and Hoyne Ave. The entrance to the lot is half a block east of Hoyne Ave on Devon Ave.
For Youth Summer Camp: Free parking is available for 30 minutes in the campus parking lot located at 1032 W. Sheridan Road. Otherwise, street parking is available on W Loyola Ave by Sean Earl Field.
When/where do we arrive at camp on the first day?
For Elite Youth Summer Camp: On the first day of camp, you will accompany your son or daughter into Loyola Soccer park for registration. Registration will take on the south end of Loyola Soccer Park once you enter the gate.
For Youth Summer Camp: On the first day of camp, you will accompany your son or daughter to Sean Earl Field (on-campus) for registration. Registration will take place on the west end of the field, adjacent to the Alfie Practice Facility.
What is the player to staff ratio?
8:1
What is safety and supervision like?
Players are fully supervised by camp staff during all camp activities. No players will be allowed to leave Loyola Soccer Park, or Sean Earl Field, without parental permission until camp concludes for the day.
Are athletic trainers always available?
Fully certified athletic trainers are available on the fields during camp sessions.
Does my son or daughter need to be at a certain level of soccer ability to attend the Elite Summer Youth Camp?
New this summer we are introducing an Elite aspect to our summer youth day camps. We are excited to invite 4th-8th graders to train like “Loyola Soccer Players”. Please be advised that this camp is geared towards increasing a technical and tactical awareness associated with soccer skills.
Does my son or daughter need to be at a certain level of soccer ability to attend the Summer Youth Camp?
No specific level of ability is required. We just ask that all players bring the desire to learn and have fun, and we will help them reach the next level. All players should be prepared to play a lot of soccer and be in good physical condition for multiple activities per day.
What should my child bring to camp?
Water bottle, soccer ball (provided), soccer shoes/socks/shinguard’s, sunscreen, lunch (full-day participants only), hat (sun protection), extra snacks for the day
What is a typical amount of spending money for a camper?
Typical spending money at camp (for the camp store) is $40 for the week.
Are there alternative lunch options for full day campers?
Yes, we have a camp store that will sell Gatorade and snacks. Also, players can purchase pizza each day at camp to serve as their lunch.
Can my son or daughter bring a cell phone/electronics to camp?
Yes, cell phones are permitted. But no cell phones are permitted during camp activities.
